Eleven members of the Boerne High School Choir were named to Region 29 choirs following recent auditions. Avery Rogers was selected to the Region 29 Region Women's Choir. Callie Bryant, Mary Luevano, Cheyenne Allen, Samantha Negrete, Hannah Jordan (first chair), Mason Acock, Louie Ramos (first chair), Isaac Haworth (first chair), Gavin Kelly and John Hodge (first chair) were selected for the Region 29 Mixed Choir and named Area Choir candidates.
Region Choir concert will be at Marshall High School on November 12. Area candidates will compete for chair placement on November 29 and for State on January 7, 2017.
